Girls basketball score - 12/28/2013

Duxbury defeated North Quincy 48-26 in the final of the Duxbury ProSports Holiday Tournament behind tournament MVP Catherine Harrison's 20 points and 12 rebounds.  Molly Quilty controlled the boards with 13 rebounds and Maddie Foote scored 8 points and handed out 8 assists.

Girls basketball score - 12/27/2013

Duxbury defeated Notre Dame ( Hingham ) 53-37 in the Duxbury ProSports Holiday Tournament.  Captain Catherine Harrison led the team with 18 points and 13 rebounds.  Captain Jackie Sullivan scored 11 and Molly Quilty added 10 points and 6 blocks. Emma Gill had a strong defensive effort. Duxbury will play North Quincy in the final tomorrow night at 6pm.

Patriot league girls basketball - 12/20/2013

Duxbury (2-0, 1-0) won on the road at Pembroke by the final score 49-17. Junior captain Catherine Harrison led all scorers with 27 points and 15 rebounds. Sophomore guard Emma Gill added 10 points and 10 rebounds

Girls basketball - Nonleague

The Duxbury girls basketball team won their first game 49-23 over visiting Marshfield. Point guard Maddie Foote led the Dragons with 13 and 8 assists. Jackie Sullivan finished with 9 and Catherine Harrison and Emma Gill chipped in with 6 each.
