Duxbury (15-6) battled with a tough Silver Lake team and came out with the victory moving on to the Sweet 16 of the MIAA Division 2 State Tournament. Ella Fitzpatrick tied her career high with 24 points. Lyla Peters added 9 and Skye Cerow was dominant on the boards and finished with 7 points. Duxbury now plays another league opponent Whitman-Hanson on Monday.

Duxbury (14-6) finishes the regular season with a win at home against Hingham 55-38. Skye Cerow finished with a double-double scoring 13 points and Ella Fitzpatrick added 10 points. Ava Welch got the Dragons going in the second quarter with her 8 points to take the lead in the game.
